These terms set clear expectations for participating in and using the current Pliora private beta.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By installing or using the Pliora private beta, you agree to these terms. The beta is provided only to invited testers who are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, do not use the beta.

2. What Pliora provides

Pliora provides organizational-profile information and planning tools, including tasks, events, capacity guidance, Weekly Reset, and plan-change suggestions. You review and approve planning changes and remain responsible for your commitments and decisions.

3. Private-beta limitations

The current beta does not include production authentication, password recovery, cloud sync, guaranteed notifications, deletion recovery, external calendar synchronization, or an unrestricted AI assistant. Do not use Pliora as the only record of an essential commitment.

4. Responsible testing

Do not enter highly sensitive information, disrupt or reverse engineer the beta, share private builds without permission, or represent beta features as final. Remove personal information before submitting screenshots or recordings.

5. Feedback

You may voluntarily provide suggestions, survey responses, and bug reports. Pliora may use that feedback to evaluate and improve the product. A testimonial will not be used publicly without your permission.

6. Availability and warranties

The beta is provided for evaluation on an “as available” basis and may contain bugs, interruptions, incomplete features, or data-format changes. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular outcome.

7. Ending participation

You may stop at any time, clear the local beta profile, and remove the app. Access may also be ended to protect testers, correct a defect, or conclude the beta program.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as testing evolves. Public-release and subscription terms will be published separately before launch.
